Love the course!
I highly recommend this programme. I am only on module two and learning so much already. Thanks Ben Whitter and the World Employee Experience Institute (WEEI) team."
Review of the Certified HEX Practitioner Programme
The is something special about this programme. Sarah Oquist, Strategic HR Projects Lead at Trustwave, shares the incredible impact of our Certified Holistic Employee Experience (HEX) programme after just two modules! Sarah, who is based in Sydney, has been immersed in the employee experience field and is part way through a 3 month journey.
Sarah found the programme after reading Ben Whitter's best-selling book, Employee Experience, and the more she read about this space, the more excited she became.
"It aligns with who I am, and it just makes business sense. HR has an opportunity to embrace and not fear this change," said Sarah.
The Certified HEX Practitioner programme is already having an impact worldwide with colleagues joining us at the leading-edge of the employee experience movement. From major multi-national corporations, high-growth businesses, major sports teams, and progressive not-for-profits, the programme is attracting a wide range of professionals.
But why are colleagues choosing to become HEX Practitioners?
"I have been fascinated for some time with the concept of EX," said Sarah, who has enjoyed an accomplished career as a senior HR leader in some of Australia's leading companies. "I was impressed with this course because it enables me to be certified and demonstrates my personal commitment to creating memorable employee experiences where ever I am!"
The programme is delivered through content, coaching, and collaboration with practical assignments designed to challenge thinking, and accelerate real-world outcomes. Through insight and inspiration, the programme unlocks ideas and potential that leads to real changes being applied immediately as colleagues help engineer business and human results.
"The learning journey is only at the very beginning but it has already energised me around my approach to using co-creation for making unique employee experiences," said Sarah.
Holistic and human-centred, our approach to employee experience is relevant to all business leaders, as Sarah suggests. "I would recommend this course to HR/ Business leaders or anyone who wants to understand the process of creating employee experiences to create better business outcomes."
